Philosophy expands upon first year knowledge of the nine principles. Emphasis is on the miasms, deeper-level understanding of inherited predispositions, chronic constitutional analysis methodology, hierarchy and evaluation of symptoms, and further study of the Organon. In year two clinical training begins with extensive case taking and case analysis.

studying more complex and deeper remedies.
- Study of the Individual, including development of consultation skills, definition of repertory rubrics and advanced repertory exercises, observation of consultations, further presentation of acute case studies, introduction to chronic case studies, and theory and practice of miasmatic analysis procedure. Student practical consultation experience begins in the second year.
- Clinical Training, with students
beginning their internships as observers in the ICH
